Description

This command sets or modifies the lower distance limits for the steric repulsion between atoms matched by the selections first and second if their residue index difference is within the range given by the parameter levels. The lower distance bound is set to the value of the parameter limit, if present, or increased by the amount specified by the parameter increment.
