CYANA Command: grid swap

Parameters

selection=string

Description

This command swaps the diastereotopic atoms matched by the selection string in distance restraints and scalar coupling constant restraints in the current fragment. It is sufficient to select one atom of a diastereotopic pair to swap both diastereotopic partners.
