Parameters
- file=filename.upl (required)
- append
- unknown=error|warning|skip
- (default: error)
Description
Reads a upper limit distance restraints file. Restraints that involve unknown residues or atoms can either cause an error, a warning, or can be skipped. Optionally, the distance restraints are appended to those already present.
