- Download the course material: Store the file PBCPraktikumCyana.tgz in your home directory.
- Unpack the data:
tar zxf PBCPraktikumCyana.tgz
- Run the setup command:
setup_cyana
- Make a new directory for the structure calculation, and change into it:
mkdir pep cd pep
