Write sequence file
Parameters
- file=filename.seq
- (required)
- list=intege
- (default: 1)
- nmrstar=integer
- (default: 2)

Description
Writes a file with the residue sequence in the standard sequence file format of the program CYANA.
Instead of the command
write seq filename.seq
the shorthand version
write filename.seq
can be used if the filename extension is ".seq".
