Synopsis
cyanaclean (no parameters)
Description
The cyanaclean shell script can be used to remove output files of an earlier CYANA run of combined automated NOESY assignment and structure calculation with the noeassign macro before starting a new run of the program in the same directory. The cyanaclean command assumes that "standard" file names were used.
The command can be invoked from the Unix shell or from within CYANA.
