Compare covalent geometry


COCO (© by Peter Güntert) is a program to compare covalent geometry parameters of protein/DNA/RNA structures: bond lengths, bond angles, fixed distances, fixed torsion angles, rigid units. COCO is most conveniently invoked through the 'coco' command of CYANA.

  • COCO is available free-of-charge (license). The current version is COCO 2.0.
