distances falsify
Parameters
- selection=string
- (default: none)
- fraction=real
- (default: 0.05)
- shiftdev=real
- (default: 100000.0)
- resshift=integer
- (default: 100000)
Description
This command introduce a controlled amount of assignment errors into a list of selected distance restraints. In a randomly selected fraction of the selected distance restraints the first or second atom assignment is changed to a randomly chosen hydrogen atom or pseudoatom. Optionally, the choice of a new assignment can be restricted to one with a chemical shift deviation from the original assignment that is smaller than the value given to the parameter shiftdev. Similarly, the choice of a new assignment can be restricted to one with a residue number difference from the original assignment that is smaller than the value given to the parameter resshift.
