Parameters

mode=integer
(default: 1)

Description

This command is used to populate a previously generated peak list (expected peak list, see ) with expected intensity values.

The parameter mode is set to use either the expected FRM ("mode =1") intensities (see * enoe spindiff, using the stand alone FRM calculation with mode=3) or to use the expected two-spin ("mode=2") intensities (direct transfer, see * enoe twospin).

The values are written to file by using the write peaks command, see * write peaks.
