CYANA Command: distances multiple

Description

Removes redundant and meaningless distance restraints. This command can be used with unambiguous and ambiguous distance restraints. Only the most restrictive out of several distance limits with the same assignment is kept. Restraints for fixed distances are discarded. Distance restraints between atoms separated by one or two torsion angles are removed if the distance limit cannot be violated by any conformation, as described for the command distances modify.
