opt 1 = the experimental autorelaxation and Izero values, list of missing only
opt 2 = the experimental autorelaxation and Izero values and missing rho as calculated from median 
opt 3 = (generic normalized eNOE) the experimental autorelaxation and Izero values and missing rho and Izero as calculated from median
