Description

This command removes redundant and meaningless distance restraints. It can be used with unambiguous and ambiguous distance restraints. Only the most restrictive out of several distance limits with the same assignment is kept. Restraints for fixed distances are removed. Distance restraints between atoms separated by one or two torsion angles are removed if the distance limit cannot be violated by any conformation.
