CYANA Commands: library mirror

Parameters

residues=string (required)

Description

This command replaces in the residue library the coordinates of the residue entries for which at least one atom matches the atom selection string with their mirror images. Residues are mirrored by changing the sign of the z-coordinate.

The command can be used, for instance, to generate D-amino acids from the normal L-amino acids.
