Parameters

selection=pseudocontact shift selection: (default: none)
value=string: (default: none)
tolerance=string: (default: none)
weight=string: (default: none)
experiment=string: (default: none)

Description

Set properties of the selected pseudocontact shift restraints. By default, the selection made in the most recent pcs select command is used, or all pseudocontact shift restraints if no selection has been made so far.

Properties that can be set:

value	     Pseudocontact shift value.
tolerance    Tolerance (error) of the pseudocontact  shift value.
weight	     Relative weight.
experiment   Experiment number.
